A great pasta prepared with the taste of fermented kimchi vegetables. A simple and tasty recipe to use this Korean delicacy. Together with bacon, this dish tastes great, is suitable for both dinner and lunch, and the tasty and intense taste will make the food will not be boring 🙂

Ingredients:

250 g noodles
1 onion, chopped
100g smoked bacon, cubed
20 g green onion, cut into inch
½ cup kimchi, chopped (in recipe)
oil for cooking
2 soft- boiled eggs,cut into halves
sesame seeds

Sauce:

1 garlic cloves, minced
½ tablespoon chili powder (you can add more if you want more spicy)
½ tablespoon sweet chili powder
1 tablespoon chili paste
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon oil

Procedure:

Combined the sauce ingredients into a small bowl. Mix well and Set aside. Cook the noodles according to instructions. While waiting for noodles to be cook, heat the pan over a medium heat. Add bacon and stir-fry for 5 minutes or until it creates little oil. Add the onion and cook until it turns to a glassy color. Add kimchi and sauce. Mix. Add the noodles and green onion. Mix well to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped green onion and sesame seed and top with soft-boiled egg. Serve.
