Often we feel that instant soups are unhealthy, also known in Poland as “Chinese soups”. That is why I present to you a delicious, simple and healthy option for homemade instant soup, perfect for taking to work, on a trip or to eat a warm soup. You just need to pour boiling water and it’s ready 🙂

Ingredients:

1 vegetable cube for broth (recipe)
20 g chicken breast, finely diced
a handful of frozen vegetables
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
a large pinch of powdered ginger
a pinch of pepper
a glass of pasta cooked al dente
butter or oil

Procedure:

Heat a little butter or oil in a frying pan. Fry the vegetables to defrost. Add the chicken breast and simmer together until the water evaporates. Pour the soy sauce into the jar, add the cubes, pepper, ginger. Add the pasta and the previously prepared vegetables with chicken. The soup is ready, just pour boiling water over it, mix it and wait about 5 minutes 🙂
