Breakfast is a very important meal because it gives us energy for the whole day. Therefore, it is worth preparing this dish generously, tasty, but also simply. I present to you the recipe for a simple, nutritious sandwich to start the day 🙂

Ingredients:

6 slices of toast bread
3 eggs
3 ham
3 slices of yellow cheese
1 tablespoon butter

Procedure:

Make a circle shaped hole in center of the toast bread (I used glass). In a pan over a medium heat, melt the butter. Put the bread. Add egg into the hole (you may add salt and pepper if you want). When egg will be half-cooked add cheese and ham. Put a slice toast bread (without hole). Turn into the other side. Fry until toast bread turns into nicely brown and cheese has melted. Serve.
