Creme Brulee – version with caramel without a burner
Creme brulee is a simple dessert originating from French cuisine and consisting literally of a few ingredients. Sweet, delicious, creamy sweetness literally melts in your mouth, and the caramel goes perfectly with this dish. Originally, creme brulee requires a burner to caramelize sugar, this time I present to you a recipe for an equally delicious dessert without the need to purchase such a kitchen tool 🙂
Ingredients:
300 ml cream 30%
3 large egg yolks
3 teaspoons of sugar
2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
Additionally for caramel:
3 tablespoons of water
3 tablespoons of sugar
Procedure:
Using a fork, whisk the egg yolks together with the cream and sugar until smooth. Make sure the sugars dissolve. Pour the mass into heat-resistant molds or ramekins and put in an oven preheated to 110°C (upper and lower heater) for 40-45 minutes. Let the dessert cool down and refrigerate for a few hours. Make the caramel from water and sugar by pouring the ingredients into a saucepan and heating it until it is slightly brown. Pour the caramel into molds with the mass and spread it evenly, and when the caramel solidifies, the dessert will be ready to serve 🙂
Enjoy!
