Chicken Rollo
Kebab and rollo both are very popular in Poland. These dishes are really delicious, that’s why I decided to create my own version with even more meat and a mix of fresh vegetables. This dish tastes great both hot and cold, so it’s great as an quick or prepared snack when traveling 🙂
Ingredients:
500 g chicken breasts
1 red onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 tablespoon dark soy sauce
2 tablespoon lemon juice
salt and pepper
red cabbage, strips
cabbage, strips
cucumber, strips
tomatoes, chopped
cheese, shredded
4-5 tortilla wraps
Procedure:
Place the chicken into a bowl, half of onion, garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt and pepper and mix. Marinate for a night. Cook the chicken breast into a hot grill. Cut into strips. Place a few strips in the center of tortilla wrap. Add a few of both cabbage, cucumber, onion, tomatoes and cheese. Close both edges, press and roll to make sure that the filling are not loose. Place into a serving dish. Repeat process. Grill for 10 minutes and transfer into a serving dish. Serve with garlic sauce 🙂
