Ingredients:

600 g of wheat flour
1 cup water (lukewarm)
7 g dry yeast
1 egg (white)
1/2 tbsp salt
1 tsp sugar

Procedure:

In a big bowl, sift-in the flour, salt, sugar, yeast and lukewarm water. Mix it together to make a flexible and soft dough. Put the dough into the bowl. Cover with a cloth and set aside in a warm place for 1 and 1/2 hours. Place the grown dough on the board. Tear off two small pieces to make a bread cradle. Divide the dough into two equal parts. Form both parts into a ball, flatten it and wrap the edges inside. Place the dough where the edges were wrapped should be underneath. Place the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Lubricate the center of each bread with water and glue holders. Leave to rise for 20 minutes.
Heat the oven to 200ºC. Place the baking tray into the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes. Take the baked bread out of the oven and let it cool down.
Reheat the oven to 180ºC. When the breads are completely cold, cut off the top to create a hat forms. Brush the inside of the bread with white eggs. Put back to the oven to thicken the egg whites and bake for 12-15 minutes. In this way, the bread will be resistant to leakage.
