One of the simpler recipes for roast chicken, where the spices only emphasize the taste of the meat, rather than cover it with spices. Crunchy skin, juicy meat comes off the bone by itself, for me it is a dish that is perfect in taste and simplicity 🙂

Ingredients:

4 quarters of chicken, washed and dried
half a teaspoon of Provencal herbs
¾ teaspoon chicken golden spice
¾ teaspoon of sweet pepper
1/4 teaspoon all-purpose spice
1 tablespoon of oil

Procedure:

Mix spices, drizzle the chicken with oil and rub with spices. Transfer to a bowl, cover the bowl with tin foil and refrigerate overnight until the ingredients bite through. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place the thighs on this paper. Lightly brush the top of the legs with oil. Put in an oven preheated to 180ºC for an hour. After this time, turn off the oven and leave the drumsticks in the oven for another 30-45 minutes (do not open the oven). Serve with potatoes and your favorite salad 🙂

Enjoy!
