Bacon Deviled Eggs
This yummy deviled egg is great not just for an ordinary day but always a hit during special occasions especially this coming Easter. With the addition of crispy bacon you can have a delicious holiday appetizer that is fast disappearing into the tables 🙂

Ingredients:
8 hard boiled eggs, peeled and halved
¼ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoon pickle juice
½ teaspoon mustard
pinch of salt to taste
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
1 medium sized pickles, finely diced
3 strips bacon, fried and chopped for toppings
sweet paprika for garnish
Procedure:
Remove the yolks with a spoon and place them into a bowl. Add mayonnaise, pickle juice, mustard, salt, black pepper and garlic powder and mash them together using a fork. Add diced pickles. Season to taste. Place the mixture into a piping bag and pipe each egg half. Sprinkle it with sweet paprika and top with fried bacon 🙂
