A very popular Filipino version of creme caramel dessert. A creamy and sweet slice of heaven covered with sweet caramel is a great option for various occasions. Amaze your guests with this delicious dessert or simply to make your day a delicious snack ๐Ÿ™‚


3 large eggs (egg yolk)
380g condensed milk
390g evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
10 tbsp sugar and 6 tbsp water (caramel)


Put a water into your oven tray. Preheat the oven to 150ยบC. In a small the saucepan, put the sugar and cook over a medium heat until it melts and turn into a golden color. Once the sugar turns into golden, pour the water and stir. Quickly transfer the caramel into a leche flan molder (depending what shape of molder you want use) and let it cool. In a big mixing bowl put the egg yolk and gently mix. Add the evaporated milk, condensed milk and vanilla extract and mix well slowly. Transfer to another bowl by using strainer to remove bubbles. Slowly pour mixture into your leche flan molder Cover with aluminum foil. Put into the oven and bake for 45 minutes (can be also steamed). Let it cool and refrigerate for a night. Transfer to a dish and serve ๐Ÿ™‚
