Mini Pizza
The younger and smaller sister of the classic homemade pizza in which the recipe can be found on my blog. Mini pizza, however, gives interesting opportunities for creativity in choosing your favorite ingredients. In addition, such bread is great for eating both at home and as a snack on a longer walk 🙂
Ingredients for the dough:
2 ½ cups of flour
1 cup warm water
tbsp oil
flat tsp sugar
flat tsp dry yeast
pinch of salt
Additional ingredients:
10 g Żywicecka sausage, cut into round slices
2 slices of smoked bacon, cut into smaller pieces
2 slices of ham cut into smaller pieces
100 g mozzarella (can be yellow cheese)
3 mushrooms cut into slices and fried (it is worth frying because they contain a lot of water)
2 small tomatoes, sliced
½ small sized onion cut in crescents
some olives
fresh basil leaves
feta cheese
grated cheese for toppings
Procedures:
Dough:
Sift-in flour into a big mixing bowl. Add salt, sugar, yeast, olive oil and pour water. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and knead the dough for about 10 minutes until the dough is uniform. Put in a bowl covered with a cloth in a warm place for 1-2 hours (to rise).
Pizza:
Transfer the dough to the board and roll it into a round shape to a thickness of about 3-5 millimeters (if you like thick dough, you can confidently roll it out for more millimeters). Divide into four and I just roll out each dough a little and then knead the shape of the pizza with my fingers. Transfer the dough to a baking tray lightly sprinkled with flour (if you are afraid that the dough will stick too much to the baking tray, you can bake on baking paper or oil the baking tray). Add your favorite ingredients, I made four flavored pizza which is in additional ingredients above. Finally, sprinkle everything with grated cheese. Preheat the oven to 180 ºC hot air and bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese melts and the dough is slightly brown. Serve with your favorite sauce (for example garlic) or just simply eat, because it is also delicious without any additions.
Enjoy!
