Mini Pavlova
Pavlova is one of the easier-to-prepare snacks loved by most people. With the addition of a slightly sweet cream, forest fruit and mint, it creates a delicious dessert suitable for any occasion, such as birthday, name day or ordinary Sunday afternoon ๐
Ingredients:
Meringue:
4 egg whites
a glass of sugar
pinch of salt
Filling:
250 g cream cheese
200 g cream 30%
Toppings:
raspberries
blueberries
strawberries
mint leaves
Procedure:
Add salt to the whites and beat until fluffy. Add sugar one teaspoon in batches and stir constantly. Beat until the mass is stiff. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Using a confectionery bag, squeeze out the meringue of a round shape. Preheat the oven to 120ยบC and bake the cake for about 50 minutes. Allow to cool. Start to make the filling, whip the cream and mascarpone in a large mixing bowl until stiff peak form. Mound the whipped cream into the center of the meringue. Arrange the fruits in a decorative pattern on top of the cream. Garnish with mint leaves. Serve immediately ๐
