Mini Chocolate Parfait
The perfect, tasty and quick recipe for a wonderful dessert. This sweetness will be used for any occasion, birthday, anniversary or traditional meeting of friends. Surprise your guests with a tasty, perfect, chocolate dessert 🙂

Ingredients:
100 ml cream 30%
250 g mascarpone
50 g white chocolate, melted
4 tablespoon nutella
½ cup walnuts, crushed
petit beurre biscuits, crushed
6 ferrero rocher chocolates (for toppings)
Procedure:
Put a spoonful of crushed biscuits into prepared mini glasses. Beat the cream and mascarpone in a large mixing bowl until fluffy. Separate 1 cup of cream and set aside. Pour in the melted white chocolate, 2 tablespoons of nutella and ¼ of crushed nuts into cream cheese mixture and mix until combined. Put the mixture into prepared glasses with biscuits (you can use a confectionery bag or spoon). Put another 2 tablespoon of nutella into a confectionery bag and squeeze individually on top. Sprinkle with some crushed nuts. Top each parfait with remaining whipped cream and with favorite chocolates or biscuits. Chill at least 1 hour 🙂
