I sometimes craving of Filipino foods and one of those is spring rolls. So I tried make wrappers at home and this recipe is perfect. I can make different types of spring rolls by using this wrapper 🙂

Ingredients:

2 cups of flour
½ tsp salt
300 ml water

Procedure:

Put the flour and salt in a large mixing bowl. Pour in the water. Stir until well combined and formed into a soft batter. Strain it in another bowl to remove any lumps. Heat the pan in a medium heat and prepare a small brush. Quickly brush the batter in the pan in a circular motion. Wait for 2-3 minutes and flip it in another side. Transfer to a dry place or dish. Repeat process until the batter is finish. Ready to wrap your favorite lumpia filling 🙂
