Mieszanina powinna wygl\u0105da\u0107 jak mokry piasek i trzyma\u0107 si\u0119 razem. Prze\u0142\u00f3\u017c do 20-21 centymetrowej okr\u0105g\u0142ej formy do pieczenia. Roz\u0142\u00f3\u017c i r\u00f3wnomiernie doci\u015bnij \u0142y\u017ck\u0105 do dna. Piecz w temperaturze 180\u00b0C przez 10 minut. Wyjmij z piekarnika i pozostaw do ostudzenia. W tym czasie przygotuj nadzienie. Rozpu\u015b\u0107 czekolad\u0119 za pomoc\u0105 pary (2 garnki, jeden z wrz\u0105c\u0105 wod\u0105, drugi na nim do rozpuszczenia czekolady.. Pozostaw do ostygni\u0119cia W misce ubij na g\u0142adk\u0105 mas\u0119 mascarpone z cukrem. Dodaj sch\u0142odzon\u0105 rozpuszczon\u0105 czekolad\u0119, kakao w proszku i ekstrakt waniliowy. Dok\u0142adnie wymieszaj zagarniaj\u0105c tak\u017ce mieszank\u0119 z bok\u00f3w miski. Dodawaj jajka pojedynczo, ubijaj po ka\u017cdym dodaniu. Wlej mieszanin\u0119 na ciasto i piecz przez 30 minut. Zmniejsz ogie\u0144 do 150\u00b0C i piecz przez kolejne 30 minut. Wy\u0142\u0105cz piekarnik i pozostaw na godzin\u0119. Umie\u015b\u0107 w stojaku do ch\u0142odzenia i pozostaw do ostygni\u0119cia. Wstaw na 2 godziny do lod\u00f3wki. Nast\u0119pnie przygotuj polew\u0119. Podgrzej \u015bmietank\u0119 w rondelku. Dodaj posiekan\u0105 czekolad\u0119 i kakao, wymieszaj trzepaczk\u0105 a\u017c sk\u0142adniki dobrze si\u0119 po\u0142\u0105cz\u0105. Ostudzi\u0107 przed wlaniem na sernik. Odstaw do lod\u00f3wki na kolejne 2 godziny. Na koniec przygotuj bit\u0105 \u015bmietan\u0119 z czekolady. Po\u0142\u0105cz wszystkie sk\u0142adniki w metalowej misce. Ubijaj, a\u017c krem b\u0119dzie sztywny. Zajmuje to zwykle 4-5 minut. W\u0142\u00f3\u017c bit\u0105 \u015bmietan\u0119 do r\u0119kawa dekoracyjnego i udekoruj wierzch ciasta.
