Nast\u0119pnie na du\u017cym ogniu usma\u017c mi\u0119so z ka\u017cdej strony. U\u0142\u00f3\u017c mi\u0119so w naczyniu \u017caroodpornym (naczynie nie potrzebuje nat\u0142uszczenia, bo warzywa i mi\u0119so oddadz\u0105 du\u017co sok\u00f3w). Na kark\u00f3wk\u0119 po\u0142\u00f3\u017c plastry pieczarek i papryk\u0119 pokrojon\u0105 w kostk\u0119. Na wierzch u\u0142\u00f3\u017c pokrojon\u0105 cebul\u0119. W ma\u0142ej misce wymieszaj ketchup, musztard\u0119, czosnek, koncentrat pomidorowy i wod\u0119. Sos rozprowad\u017a r\u00f3wnomiernie na wierzch potrawy. Przykryj naczynie i piecz przez oko\u0142o 70 minut w temperaturze 170\u00baC. Po tym czasie zdejmij przykrycie i piecz kolejne 15-20 minut.
