Marynat\u0119 wymieszaj z pokrojon\u0105 pol\u0119dwiczk\u0105 i zostaw w lod\u00f3wce na ca\u0142\u0105 noc. Podgrzej patelni\u0119 (lub wok) bez oleju. Usma\u017c ods\u0105czon\u0105 pol\u0119dwiczk\u0119 z ka\u017cdej strony na br\u0105zowy kolor. Odstaw na bok. Na tej samej patelni wlej pozosta\u0142\u0105 marynat\u0119. Podsma\u017c dymk\u0119 i papryki przez 3 minuty. Dodaj ananas pokrojony w kawa\u0142ki i sma\u017c przez kolejne 2 minuty. Zalej sokiem z ananas\u00f3w i doprowad\u017a do wrzenia. M\u0105k\u0119 wymieszaj z zimn\u0105 wod\u0105 i dodaj do woka by zag\u0119\u015bci\u0107 sos. Gdy sos si\u0119 zag\u0119\u015bci dodaj pol\u0119dwiczk\u0119 i sos sojowy. Gotuj razem przez 5 minut od czasu do czasu mieszaj\u0105c. Dopraw do smaku sol\u0105.
