Dodaj rabarbar, doprowad\u017a do wrzenia i gotuj, a\u017c rabarbar zmi\u0119knie. Dodaj cukier i wymieszaj. Gotuj na wolnym ogniu a\u017c zg\u0119stnieje i odstaw na bok. Aby zrobi\u0107 chrupi\u0105c\u0105 podstaw\u0119, sk\u0142adniki po\u0142\u0105cz w misce. 2 \u0142y\u017cki ciasta przenie\u015b do formy na babeczki, mocno doci\u015bnij. W du\u017cej misce zmiksuj mascarpone na kremow\u0105 konsystencj\u0119. Dodaj cukier puder i mieszaj do jednolitej masy. Dodaj sok z cytryny, ekstrakt waniliowy, \u015bmietan\u0119 i dok\u0142adnie wymieszaj. W drugiej misce ubij \u015bmietank\u0119 na puszysto. Przenie\u015b \u015bmietank\u0119 do masy z kremem i delikatnie wymieszaj. Ca\u0142y krem przenie\u015b do form na babeczki, gdzie wcze\u015bniej zosta\u0142o dodane pokruszone ciasto. Przykryj i pozostaw w lod\u00f3wce na 3-4 godziny.
