Sa Panada to danie pochodz\u0105ce z Sardynii. Oryginalnie zawiera jagni\u0119cin\u0119 lub w\u0119gorza, ale postanowi\u0142am przygotowa\u0107 to danie z mi\u0119sem \u0142atwiej dost\u0119pnym zar\u00f3wno w Polsce, jak i na Filipinach. Danie to jest jednogarnkowe, ale bez garnka, bo ten garnek zrobiony jest z ciasta. Wyr\u00f3b ciasto za pomoc\u0105 widelca, a potem r\u0119cznie i powoli dodawaj wody by ciasto by\u0142o elastyczne, lekko lepkie ale nie zostawa\u0142o na palcach. Pozostaw na 30 minut, by ciasto odpocz\u0119\u0142o. Po tym czasie podziel ciasto na 2 kawa\u0142ki (wi\u0119kszy i mniejszy). Wi\u0119kszy kawa\u0142ek rozwa\u0142kuj na grubo\u015b\u0107 3-4 mm i w\u0142\u00f3\u017c do okr\u0105g\u0142ej formy wy\u0142o\u017conej papierem do pieczenia (np. 28 cm) tak aby ciasto przylega\u0142o do bok\u00f3w formy. Na dno u\u0142\u00f3\u017c po\u0142ow\u0119 pomidor\u00f3w suszonych, czosnku i zielonej pietruszki. Os\u00f3l ziemniaki i uk\u0142adaj je na cie\u015bcie. Do mi\u0119sa dodaj oliw\u0119, s\u00f3l, pieprz i wymieszaj. U\u0142\u00f3\u017c jako nastepn\u0105 warstwe. Na mi\u0119so po\u0142\u00f3\u017c pozosta\u0142\u0105 cz\u0119\u015b\u0107 suszonych pomidor\u00f3w, czosnku i zielonej pietruszki. Drugi kawa\u0142ek ciasta rozwa\u0142kuj na tak\u0105 sam\u0105 grubo\u015b\u0107 jak pierwsze ciasto i po\u0142\u00f3\u017c na wierz. Zlep dok\u0142adnie oba ciasta tak, aby nie dostawa\u0142o si\u0119 do \u015brodka powietrze (w ten spos\u00f3b sk\u0142adniki si\u0119 ugotuj\u0105 jak w garnku).
